During the serene early morning hours, as I embarked on a water bus from the enchanting island of Torcello to the city, a profound artistic dialogue commenced with this captivating landscape. This interaction eventually blossomed into a fresh series of paintings, where elements of line work, washes, and the employment of a palette knife converge harmoniously.
